The Surgery

We all have health oddities on here, so I thought we should have a sick bay  
I'll go first - I have this beastly large headless spot/bump on my face  , it's been there for over a fortnight. I've squeezed the bastard, put warm cloths on it, poked a pin in it, everything. It was sore at first but is now painless and not particularly visible, but hard underneath but I can't get anything out of it. 
I know the obvious thing is to leave it alone but it's really getting on my boobs and I want it gone. Any ideas?  

(Oh, and boys, please refrain from posting banal yet 'hilarious' penis related questions in the surgery  )

Very "schoolgirl" but have you tried putting toothpaste on it overnight? It's meant to soothe inflammation.

I hope it works cos those spots are a nuisance! I had one once so big it looked like I had a third chin.
