Anyone ordered recently? They say dispatch is 1-2 days but I ordered Tuesday and its still not been dispatched. Have sent an email.

Anyone else had any problems?

My holo was despatched 5th of June and hasn't arrived yet.....

I've ordered a couple of times and it took about 3 weeks to get here each time. I tend to expect up to a month with anything coming from asia, so 3 weeks was good. They didn't send a dispatch notice for ~5 days with my orders.

No dispatch notice yet.

Nope nor me, but appears with my last orders they didn't sent one either. Will give it a bit longer than try again.

Oh dear, I've been browsing their site for pretty bits and bobs but I might hold off now.

Amazon and eBay seem a better bet Laura.

Yeah I normally hit eBay but to be honest I don't need any more nail decorations really

Still no word. Have emailed their CS today and put a post on their FB page. They assure me someone will get back to me.

If nothing has been recieved by middle of the week I'm opening a PayPal dispute.

I ordered a halo to.  

Not heard anything so I've opened a PayPal case. Any thoughts on when I should escalate it? I raised it yesterday and had no response.

I opened a case on the 8th of July and escalted it on the 16th as they hadn't responded at all

I've had an email from then that says mine was shipped on 7 July and should be here 2-4 weeks from then.
How long do you ahve from ordering to claim back via paypal? I'm wondering if 4 weeks is too late?

You can open a claim 45 days from the date of payment.
