Picking!!!

Am i the only one who when I get a chip I have to sit and pick the whole lot off. The remover could be within reaching distance, but no it has to be picked!!!

I won't let myself pick it if I'm not able to remove it immediately I put a plaster over my nail to stop me.
Because I know ME and I know that I am perfectly capable of biting the nail tip off if it annoys me so I have to do this.
Took me a good long time to learn to do this, same as it took me a good 33 years to stop nail biting in the first place

I'm not and never have been a nail 'picker', or biter. I religiously oil my cuticles and file if I get any raggy bits... but when I have acrylics on, I can't help crunching them between my teeth -which is why I wear them so infrequently.


I did not tell you that

I bit my acrylics off when I had them once before a few years ago I was bored in work and had broken one so started nibbling at it, then before I knew it they were all off and my nails were a state That 'crack' as it splits and you can start to break it off was so satisfying

I also like applying loads of basecoat so I can take my polish off without acetone.
