Re: Swear Room
Awww pullip Hope you feel better soon My gran is the same as your Mum. My dad had an op a few years ago on the weds and was told not to drive/work/walk far for at least a week. She phoned him up on the friday and guilt tripped him in to taking her shopping and walking around with her Old people can be very selfish
Hugs to all who need them xx

Re: Swear Room
My turn for a rant...
Trying to sell our flat and had 2 viewings booked for this afternoon.
Spent most of yesterday cleaning and tidying to make the place look nice.
Rushed about at work this morning so i got home in time to have a last clean-up..
Then they both cancelled
One has rescheduled for monday but it's really annoyed me so i'm just having a few drinks and gonna get
Expect some random purchases later

F*ck!
Not because I'm being made redundant in the New Year but because I've got an interview for THE job I want. F*ck. F*ck. F*cking F*ck.
Now I'm scared. If I don't get this I have no plan B. Apart from sitting in a corner crying that is.

Re: Swear Room
Thanks xoxo. Babafette...it's on the 7th Nov, so I've a couple of weeks to work myself up into a ridiculous state yet. I've been hoping and hoping that this job would become available and now it has and I almost wish it hadn't because if I don't get it...then what? Stupid I know. I nearly did a cartwheel when I got the call asking me to go for an interview. Then approx 90 seconds later I wanted to cry.

But of course! Well best of luck, if it's a job you really want to do I'm sure your enthusiasm will come across in the interview.starrystarry wrote:Having a Magners now, for medicinal reasons you understand.

That is majorly unfair of them to treat you that way, all charity is worthy. Sound like bullies to me.

Re: Swear Room
kissmenow9, sorry to hear that I can totally understand why you're upset. Hopefully you'll all be able to come to some compromise that's a little fairer! For now, stick with the tea!
