I've only put one post on there so far, I have pics for about 4 more but it's late and I'm tired.........
Anyone know how to get rid of the ugly white frames around the photos?

Re: Polishtry.
Yay another blog to follow. I might start one myself if I can ever get the hang of painting my nails neatly, lol.
As for the frame around the images, I'd presume you would need to change something in the CSS of the template you're using. I'm not that familiar with Blogger though so not sure how exactly you'd get to that (I'm more of a WordPress user).

Looks good Loola. I like the ugly white frames round the photos though! I think it helps them stand out from the background - I think without them the dark backdrop for the photos would just merge into the dark background colour you've chosen.

And thank you all for having a look and for your kind comments
Please do speak up though if something's a bit crap, (which no doubt at some point it will be).

Re: Polishtry.
Yay!
I agree that I quite like the white frames - I think having a frame of some sort makes it look a bit more professional. I have no idea how to get rid of it though if you don't like it...
A couple of suggestions:
Get rid of word verification on your comments so that people don't end up punching their computer screen when they're trying to leave you a comment. Go to Settings > Posts & Comments > Show Word Verification OFF.
Add the GFC gadget to the sidebar to make it easier for people to follow you. Go to Layout, click 'Add a Gadget' on the sidebar, and it's under 'More Gadgets' and right at the bottom called Followers.

Ninja Polish Chameleon, soon to be followed by a slightly rambly Dutch haul (draft stage) and Anny Never can say goodbye.

It's a nice area Ninja. We'll be back there again as soon as we can!
I've just updated the blog with a review of the Anny polish that I bought. I apologise to all who are to young to relate to the Communards comment.......

I don't recall ever looking at his posterior if I'm honest.......LoolaBeanbag wrote:Thanks Baba. Did you like the bit about Jimmi Somerville's pert little arse?!!!!!
I'm going to have to get myself a couple of BeYu polishes now. I spotted another blast from the past in your Oosterhout photo too - Etam! God I feel old.

Re: Polishtry.
Haha, It's a bit retro over there Baba! I was amazed that C&A haven't even updated their logo.
I've just added OPI Breast Cancer More than a Glimmer (the matte glitter) and a Love & Beauty jelly glitter combo. I only have two more that I've photographed to go on now then I'll have run out and have a busy time coming up so it'll be a challenge keeping the posting going.
