But I did get stuck in a traffic jam once in Peckham and thought I was going to have someone jump in the car and knife me.

Luckily the chap I was with at the time was nearly 7ft tall and a big old chap so no one looked twice at us.

I also don't like Peckham for this very reason, I've never had an any trouble there but I just don't like it. When I was really young a strange man said something really odd to me when I was walking down the street, had no clue what he meant.

I was surprised by Peckham - always grew up to think it was a ****hole but it looked like anywhere else in London. I was in town anyway so got the bus down there, stops right out side. And ladies its worth it. I bought a glass nail file from there for a £1, its still going after 3 months - I bought one from Boots previously for about £9 which wore down after a week. And nail wheels, and some glitter and loads of stuff I always look on ebay for, and it was all cheaper.

I'm Walton/Hersham way Babafette.

eek Sad I've lived in Lewisham and Ealing and sad to say but there was someone stabbed or beaten up on the park on the uxbridge road every month, so I may be used to areas with bad rep's. Living in Surrey is like being in a bubble - although on crime fighters last week, a bloke from Walton was on the top wanted list.

ah! I hail from Wolverhampton originally. Last time I was up, the sat nav took me through a part of Wolves I never knew existed and I never want to return to, eye opening! I always thought Walsall was decent though Smile
