Why am i so shocking?

Dont know if its the weather or something else but the last few weeks i've been getting lots of static shocks off everything i touch
They bloody hurt sometimes too
Anyone else get them or know whats causing it?

Change in pressure hun, I keep getting nose bleeds because of it.

I've always been a bit static-ey but recently its got a lot worse
Hubby doesnt want to touch me anymore
I had an unusual pound coin in my change today and as i went to show him it and our fingers touched i gave him one almighty shock
He's a bit of a wimp tho

urgh, it's infuriating. One of the ladies in my office seems especially susceptible to these and last shock she had was just as I was handing her a cup of coffee. Cue hot water on sore hands, narrowly avoiding a stack of papers

It's really unusual - the sink (several times), the rim of the hob, the car, one of my children (a few times, the others are OK!), all sorts of unusual things. Daughters both have static fairy hair too, it's actually crackling when it's brushed!
