Well everyone in work informs me there was awful thunder and lightning last night! But..er...I apparently slept right through it. It does take quite a lot to wake me...

Not too bad thanks Loola. The infection/cellulitis finally seems to be under control now. The nurse partially drained one of the blisters but my whole foot is still bandaged up so I can't wear anything other than flipflops. I'm not allowed to take the dressing off, have a shower or go in the sea (so gutting as there is a beautiful beach about 15 seconds walk away from our apartment). I have to go back again on Thursday morning so they can take another look at it.  

I was so relieved when she said I didn't have to go to hospital though.

I got absolutely soaked in Penzance today, even my underwear got soggy.  

Bleurgh, left my iPhone in the living room but refusing to go back in there as there's a moth and a spider in there!

The police chopper is up in the sky near us, looking for a murder suspect. Hope they get him, he's been on the run for far too long.

I get the feeling that birthdays are supposed to be more exciting than this.

Thanking the great Apple Gods for creating iCloud. One replacement phone nearly fully backed up. Missed having pics of the kids with me. Still pissed off its the 16gb version though. Oh well only 10 months til I can upgrade boo.

As for the soggy undies, my friends Mum says that if your drawers get wet than you've had a good day out!!

Technically I have a working replacement - only took 1hr 40 mins of complaining yday grrr. It is still logged with the complaint team, they have given me a different phone - have less capacity which is annoying! Had to go an get a new sim plus new cables to use it. They don't care I have had to pay out for these things because they didn't offer me the same product.

It's better than it was thanks, but I've been prescribed a third course of antibiotics today.  Glad to hear you are feeling better.
