Laura, why not become a piano tuner? It sounds like a gentle and lucrative way to make a living:D 

Ha Loola! Slightly beyond my capabilities I feel, I can just bash a few keys and make a tune, my boyfriend is an incredible pianist (he's on YouTube if anyone's into that) and even he has limited ability of tuning

Sue, your body clock sounds totally buggered. I have bucketloads of sympathy - mine goes up the wall occasionally but it doesn't last long.

I know, I go through phases,not a clue what's up with me at the moment! Seriously thinking of getting Nytol or similar for when we go and stay at the outlaws later this month,I never sleep well there and as they have a dog I can't really get up and go downstairs either.

I've not tried it Sue, but it seems worth a punt. I hate staying at other people's houses and avoid it at all costs!

evening all. I've used Sleepeze to help me sleep on bad nights Sue. Its quite good.

I'm terrified of sleeping pills, would never take them as I get addicted to things very easily!

I've been out since 1pm, been with the piano tuner, then at my dad's, then to the pub quiz, then to my bf's.

We came second on the pub quiz on a technicality, but the winning team bought us drinks out of the bar tab prize, which I thought was really nice

I doubt anyone's still up now! Just gonna have a read of what I've missed

I don't think OTC sleeping pills are addictive - they stop working if you take them too often though. Great for occasional use though 

I've tried a few of the natural sleeping remedies such as Nytol and Kalms and they didn't really work for me. I usually use Rescue Remedy Night Liquid Melts or melatonin tablets, but I don't think melatonin is available in the UK.
