I think its time I looked seriously else where, but I hate looking for jobs, the interviews, the having to be nice to new people and learn from them, the discovering the new company is just as bad as the last one...

Question for the mothers around us. How long does it take for the baby bump to 'go down' after squeezing it out. OH said when he just saw Kate on TV that he thought she 'had another one in there'!!!!!  

The major bump settles after a fortnight or so, it feels weird, like jelly to touch during this time  but the stomach muscles are eternally knackered. I still look like humpty (I had two weighing in at 9lb 14oz  ). Hell, you just tuck it in yer keks and get on with it  

That sucks ninja. It must be soul destroying going to work every day when you hate it. Looking for a new job is daunting but it'll be worth it in the long run if it makes you happier. Assuming you can find a better company to work for of course.

I work from home now which is like a breath of fresh air. No office politics. No dress code. No commute. Lunch in the garden. I'm count my lucky stars every day.

WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS

I work from home as well Starry - I think it hides how shit is for a long time as you avoid the immediate office politics from other teams and stuff - but with this place the shit from the top has really filtered down and when you notice it at home - you know its bad.

People just do, no questions asked. It is like a cult. I'm like 'why are we doing this when the development time and cost are like 100x what you will save by letting them do it manually for the 2 in 10000000 times this senario will occur?, its not logical, its not financially viable and it just makes the agents more stressed? ' and people respond 'because we were asked to do it'...

....and off they 'baaah' along nodding their heads in a yes motion. So frustrating... and then we do this crap because another system said 'nope don't want to build that here' -erm hello? why do they get to say no with no reason and we can't?

I think the problem is at the top... I'm not the only one who feels this way, one said its soul sucking, another went off for 2 weeks stress. Its pretty dire.

Ha ha if I was in an office, I would be in the pub necking the pints and chain smoking now, refusing to go back until HR got involved. Instead I shall go for a run later home working does rock

This is really irrational but it annoys me so much when someone goes and "likes" all the comments under something you've posted on Facebook, but doesn't actually leave a comment. It just seems really snide lol
