I'm so bored and hurting like mad from the gym

I hate the bastards and we get loads in our house. Had a massive one crawl into the corner of the room by my desk last night. It slowly climbed up the wall until it fell off, at which point I panicked, ran out of the room and decided that was a sign to go to bed.

Wondering whether I'll sleep any better tonight.......

Well I finally got to bed at around 2am only to have my sleep rudely interrupted at 7.30am by heavy rain and a horrendous hail storm. I switched to emergency mode and got straight up to check that the garage wasn't flooded again.

The hail still hasn't all melted.

Off on a ghost walk tonight with my brother!

I've just walked home in the dark and the rain through a church yard. Glad I had some company!

Lost 1.5lbs this week

Thanks Loola, I'm aiming to lose a few stone myself I signed up to a new gym last Monday and I've lost 3.5lbs since going there, really pleased

Well done Went to weigh in today and have 4.5 lbs in two weeks  I lost three and a half stone with WW but the last stone has crept back on  ,so now I am kicking it's arse again

My partner is currently in surgery and it's taking forever and I'm scared.

Well done to those slimming! I'm still putting off the diet and exercise. The plan is to get going once I'm a bit more stable at work.

As for diets...I've been gearing up to lose weight for 10 years, I'm not sure it's likely at this stage.

Congratulations on the weight loss Sue and Laura! I hope everything went well in surgery yesterday Sarah and that your partner makes a speedy recovery.

She's much better now thanks just suffering with the pain from the gas they used to inflate her during surgery
