Yeah hopefully it will be gone soon, it's in her shoulders so hopefully it'll escape soon. We're trying every tip online to try and ease it. Did you find anything that helped?

It's an awful pain! Unfortunately nothing helps except making sure that the pain meds are given on time so you're not suffering as much.

X-factor with my girls really enjoying it

I've just chopped all my nails really short as a couple were splitting. It feels horrible and takes me a while to get used to it.  

I'm feeling a bit sad this evening. My brother went home this morning after staying with me for a week and I'm missing him.

I'll be seeing him again in just over a week when we go back to London so I'll be OK. It's just weird not having him around.

I'm still really cold despite having two large glasses of rosé.  

After 2 days off I'm not feeling going back to work tomorrow, tho its only for 2 days as I have Friday off....

after 2 years of ignoring the fact I work for a massivly disorganised company that I barely agree with anything I am finding I can ignore it no more. They wind me up.

But I don't want a new job, I might have to commute. Dunno what to do. It sucks.

On a bright note I shall paint my nails.  

The fact that the thumb nail on my left hand now looks stupidly short compared to the rest of my nails!!

Cut all my nails down to the same length but they are far too short

Someone i work with quit their full time job last year because they were mis sold the role, and didn't get on with the managers style. So they took a contract role in the company and has just been told they are being loaned back to their old manager and team in a suspiciously similar sounding role to the one they quit - the role they hated, the role that caused them stress and grief. And no one has asked her if she minds?

I think my company is out of fucking order doing this. Anyone work in HR on here?

Slightly freakish - I am going to have a Spanish omelette for my dinner too but I haven't cooked it yet as I am already feeling bloated and a bit yuk for some reason.

Thats just freaky!! May I suggest having something else for dinner. As I don't feel so good now. I was really looking forward to it as well!!

I'm not sure I can even be arsed to eat any dinner tonight anyway. OH is off out to play pool and I've got rather a lot of X Factor episodes to catch up on.

I may even crack open a cheeky bottle of rosé while he's out.
