Not nails related but help needed!

Ok, I trust you like minded ladies to have some ideas now

Last night when out I fell over and a trip to a&e today has confirmed I have a bruised kneecap (the bone, not the skin!). I can deal with the pain, swelling, bruising etc. But, i'm supposed to go away for a week on Friday and obviously I now can't wear heels as i'm on crutches. But I don't want to rely on ballet pump types shoes, so does anyone have any suggestions for 'going out' shoes that are flat? I've had a look around this afternoon online but I'm not sure what would be suitable really and i'm more used to heels for going out, and converse for the day
