White nail polish

I don't know why but I always find white nail polish an utter nightmare

I blob it all over the sides of my fingers, much much more so than any other polish and I can't get good coverage.

I use Barry M white polish

Can anyone recommend a better polish maybe? Does anyone else have this problem or am I just barmy?

Can't help I'm afraid as I'm yet to find a white which doesn't go streaky on application and doesn't require 3 coats!!

Same here. hate white polish. A friend did mention that white OPI was quite good but have yet to try it.

It's weird but I find with white polish the cheaper ones are better!

I like Alpine Snow by OPI. Pretty good coverage in a couple of coats but I'm tempted to try the cheap options just to see!

I swear by the Natural Collection nail tip whitener. Yes, it can look a bit like tippex, but if you're putting glitter and/or nailart on top, you don't notice! It's opaque in one coat if you're careful (two if you're a little more relaxed in application - it's very thick but sometimes the brush can pull streaks back off), and it's mega cheap!

I've been using China Glaze white out and find that easy to use and its fine in 2 coats.

I use Collection Cosmetics French Manicure white and that's really good (for me!) I do use it a lot as a base coat under paler colours and gradients.

I used to use a cheap white Spectacular polish which was pretty good. It's so old I'm not even sure you can buy them anymore though.

I bought Seche one coat white expecting it to be the answer to my prayers. Needless to say, it wasn't!

NYC Pinstripe White is really good IME.
