I'm curious....!

My friend was looking through my polish the other day, noticed I have the odd green polish *cough*   and then commented 'Do you have any green clothes? ' She found it strange that I don't paint my nails to match what I'm wearing.... I have done so in the past if I'm going somewhere 'special' but generally I wear what I fancy despite what colour clothes I'm wearing. Am I alone or do you co-ordinate your polish with your every day clothes?

I co-ordinate for special occassions but generally it's whatever takes me fancy or work appropriate.

Hi, my polish matches my clothes on Monday morning (I do them on Sunday night) and then may or may not go the rest of the week   I also do matching eyeshadow or eyeliner to my clothes  

When I go out, whether Indian or English outfit, I try to match. I think it's because I'm Indian - everything has to match or co-ordinate and EVERYTHING has to be adorned!!

i dont color-coordinate at all.... except for special ocassions as some of you said before...

I try to avoid matching, but there again my nails are the only bit of me that looks taken care of:oops: . I do always wear make up, but clothes are casual (verging on scruffy) and my hair is generally all over the shop. My bra NEVER matches my pants either!!!!! 

I don't match my polish to my outfit but I do co-ordinate. Does that even make sense?  

Loola, I'd totally forgotten bras and knickers could match...

Ditto what most people have said, I'll coordinate them to what I'm wearing for weddings/balls/etc but the rest of the time they're just whatever I fancy, however much it may clash with what I wear lol.

i dont match either. But I'm always in jeans/leggings and tshirts so it never crosses my mind. I'm trying to find a dress for a wedding thought and have looked at dresses and thought about the polish to match, that would sound quite odd to anyone else!

Well I'm glad it's not just me then ! I'm usually is jeans and that for work anyway so it doesn't make much difference.I guess maybe if I had top look smart for work maybe I would be a bot more co-ordinated /matchy !

Sort of but in reverse - I match clothes to the polish!
When I'm going to work I do try and wear something that at least goes with whatever is on my nails. It doesn't alway happen though.

I'm not clothes-crazy at all, so my manis would be quite limited if I matched them! ^_^

I don't really care whether my polish matches my clothes, I just wear whatever colour I fancy.  

My mum an my sister's standard response to my nails is "they don't match your outfit!" haha. I try not to make them clash with my clothes but I don't mind if they don't match.
