Man shortage?

Greetings one and all.  I understand there is a shortage of men in this here group, which is leading to some warped perspectives vis-a-vis the amount Nail Polish any woman needs  

As a male living with NPO (Nail Polish Overload) I hope to bring a little reality to proceedings.  The again, when HanSpan spots me I may find myself barred and in big trouble

I don't wear nail polish - HanSpan keeps trying.  I have not painted HanSpans nails yet - not sure my artistic talents are up to it.  Mind she says "I don't care, I'll just take it off if it is crap"

The only other thing I can think of saying right away is........you all have TOO MUCH nail polish

I wouldn't mind, I think it'd be good for him to see how much more polish you lot have than me :p I like to show him pictures people post on their blogs of their nail polish rooms, just to help him keep things in perspective

Hello HansMan, and wonderful to see you here. However, I can't help feeling that your perspective on this nail polish thing is a little off skew - we are all short of polish on here, those bottles are sooooo small and they don't last long at all. Would you be able to make do with 5 bottles of 9ml man products a week? I think not. My husband has shower gel, shampoo, shave gel, moisturiser, deodorant (and then there are those who use aftershave and hair products) all of which have to cover a large surface area. It's all about the ml..........

Man product? That's deoderant and Persil does the rest. What is this moisturiser and hair product of which you speak?

I think nail polish comes in little bottles so you can get more into the storage space. I mean imagine the space required for 250ml bottles.

Some guys use moisturiser HanMan (the totally-under-the-thumb ones whose wives tell them to), others use the residue from the fry up as an oily protective anti-ageing barrier.
The hair products are grooming products often used by estate agents, my personal view on these is that I never trust a man who uses them.

My bf refuses to use hand cream, despite having very dry hands, so sometimes I just cover my own hands in it and catch him off guard. He's normally s thrown by the moisturiser attack on his hands that you can get his face as well.

I wouldn't say Mr Magpie is under the thumb, but he likes a good old moisturise.

I painted my bf's nails for a photoshoot (black, cos we were going for the goff look) and he HATED it

I always thought my nasty ex would suit Fuggen Ugly  if most men are like him it'd be hard to apply nail polish though, he had his nails clipped way lower than his fingertips.
