Anti-Chafing Gel

Cant remember what thread it was on but someone mentioned 'chub rub'  that us larger ladies suffer from  

Well they've got this in Poundland...

But apparently it is very good as a make-up primer  

I dont wear make-up much but i know how expensive primers can be, worth a shot for a quid

I'd be embarrassed to buy that but I just might do, and for its intended purpose! Obesity and a hot Summer do not mix well.

What is primer, exactly? I don't wear makeup either and all these layers are baffling

I think its a bit like polyfiller, fills in the holes and cracks before applying make-up

Lanacane has basically the same ingredients as very expensive smashbox primer.  Its just silicone that will fill your pores and make you skin smoother pre foundation.  

As to poundland vibrators - I'd be a bit nervous about the safety testing - I'd not want to risk the batteries shorting on one of those

They actually had two different vibrators in the one I went in - the pointy sort and one of those ring ones

I use the anti-chafing gel as a primer, it's very good and I've almost run out so thanks for the tip! I was embarrassed buying it in Boots.  

*snort* Too funny! I saw those "massagers" last time I was there, but my mum was with me

At least if you get it in Boots, you can put it through the self-service so that takes care of embarrassment (it's not security tagged is it?)

My local Boots doesn't have a self-service, in fact I don't think I've been in one that has.

Possibly, but I think it's illegal to use kittens in that way
