Duochromes
I've actually managed to get to the end of a bottle of nail polish
"Artsy" by Hits Multigirl... I think I've got the duochrome bug now, but this is the only one I own!
Can anyone recommend some lovely duochromes for me? I'm desperate for the ILNP ones

Re: Duochromes
The Dance Legends ones look stunning, but I've no idea where you can buy them from I do like my ILNP one but to be honest it's not as stunning as on-line photos make it look, although I think the blue-er ones are probably better (I got the green one and it very rarely shows the dark green shade you see in the online pics)

Re: Duochromes
Their online store has them. I ordered them, but I'm still waiting for them to arrive 1.5 months later. Hopefully they'll arrive okay! Don't mind a long waiting time if I get them intact lol!SueD wrote:The Dance Legends ones look stunning, but I've no idea where you can buy them from
Duochromes/iridescents are
I recommend:
Miss Sporty - Beetle Wings, Fiery Blaze and Aurora Borealis
Nina Ultra Pro - Molten Copper, Molten Gold
Accessorize - Pink Spice, Aztec, Mineral Violet, Iridescent Bronze, Rich Gold, Ultra Marine Green
Angelica from Primark - Chameleon, Twilight
China Glaze - the Lustre Chrome ones except Want My Bawdy
How's that for starters? I can give you more if you want
Re: Duochromes
I refuse to order from Dance Legend which is a shame as I really want the colour changers.
Thanks for the suggestions I will be checking them out! Gutted to hear that you didn't think the ILNPs were as good as expected Sue, I'm slightly put off now

Claire's do dupes for the China Glaze ones, they're only £3 and come in Nails Inc size and style bottles.geekybat wrote:Their online store has them. Re: Duochromes
I think the hits ones are the best I've seen in the flesh - can't remember which ones I have though as the names rub off the bottles Their multichrome glitters are lovely too.
I'd go for w7 planets and MO beetlejuice too...

Re: Duochromes
i second the multi chrome glitters. I got the 2 dragon ninja's off Loola and one is a similar colour to the ILNP one i have. But the glitter for me just makes it stand out more.
But that doesn't help as ninjapolish are out of stock and not sure who else sells multi chrome glitters.

Re: Duochromes
Ninja Polish seem to be stuck in quicksand or something, no updates on the site or FB page and people complaining about unreplied to messages and unfulfilled orders. I hope all's OK there, it does seem strange.
As for the ILNPs Laura, I'd highly recommend Birefringance, but as Sue says Mutagen's not so hotso. Cygnus Loop is OK, but not as OOOOEEEE as BF and very similar in colour.

Re: Duochromes
Just remembered - there's the revlon chroma chameleons too. Thing is though, after the gorgeous multichromes from hits, a polish with just two colours might just be a slight dissapointment

Re: Duochromes
GOSH used to do a nice one called Purple Heart but it may be discontinued now. Deborah Lippmann's Wicked Game is also a duochrome.

Re: Duochromes
I've just seen two amazing Leighton Denny duochromes in M&S this morning: Hypnotic and Tempt Me. They both looked gorgeous in the bottles but the swatches online don't seem to show the cololur shift very well.

I generally find duochromes always look nicer in the bottle than actually on!
