Hey guys, I've been having trouble with my recent order. Had to raise a paypal dispute then got an instance email from DL cancelling my order. I had emailed them several times and heard nothing.

I find it odd as my previous order went smoothly and they were in contact through the process and provided a working tracking number (Lol had to use translator as it was in Russian!).

I still haven't heard anything and will need to probably take it further. Pity as there performed the last time

Ooh! Thanks for letting us know Geeky, that's a bit worrying! Is everyone else still good with making an order, I've got to say that I'm in two minds now

Maybe its worth writing to ask first? Explain that if they don't come within the paypal deadline we will have to open a dispute and cancel so can he get it all together then tell you so you only place the order & pay the moment before he takes it out to post!

Hey Girls!

It arrived today   . Ordered it on the 27th Nov and they posted it 6th Dec. Hubby reckons they hadn't been in contact since it was the festive period...still!

Having raised a paypal dispute (which I'm just about to cancel) I realised something. You have 45 days with paypal if things go pear shaped. I raised it after about 42 days having not heard anything. Having raised it, I had until the end of the month to escalate it.

What I'd advise is to order them, count your days and if you haven't heard from them or got the package within the 45 days, raise a dispute just as long as it's before the 45 days up period! Then that gives you an extra 3-4 weeks before you take it further and then hopefully it should arrive. And it is about in with their time limit too.

Having got my knickers in a twist over it all (man I really wanted the polish so much), I'd still order from them again and follow the procedure if I've not got it within the 45 day paypal limit.

I had ordered Top Prismatic, 097 Knight and Top Sahara (means I can stop buying texture and make my own!!!). <Yeah like that's gonna happen!>

I don't understand why the Russian post is so fecking slow

How did everyone's polishes work out? I've got to say- I love the formula on these. God knows what horrible chemicals they've got in them... but I'm sold. I think I'm going to go back for most of the lumos collection if anyone wants to go again
