Feather manicures Empty Feather manicures

So i noticed the feather manicure kit was on Fragrance direct but wondered if anyone had actually given it (or something similar) a go at all. I was thinking (after looking at the contents of the kit) that I could probably achieve a smiliar look by purchasing some feather from eBay?!

Would love to hear from anyone that has given the feather mani a go! I think it looks lovely but I am a bit worried I'm going to completely faff it up!

I've never tried a feather manicure myself, but I remember Princess Sossidge (one of our members) did a tutorial on her blog last year using feathers she bought from a craft store or similar: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Hope that helps.  Very Happy

That's brilliant thanks lovely. I shall have a read up as I reckon it can be done for a lot less than the ciate feather mani kit. I'll post the results here (good or bad) to let you know how I get on!
