Bored......

OH has gone out to pub, bro in law has gone on a 'date' and I've got to stay in and baby sit his little girl. There is sod all on tv so I'm just sitting here painting my nails. What are you guys up to?

My husband is out, the dog is being a pain trying to jump on the kitchen work surfaces and I quite fancy going to sleep, but if the dog does go to bed now he will just howl.

Rubber gloves, dishcloth, recycling bag ( used to be on the back of the door, he kept attacking it, now on the back of the kitchen), pitta bread, empty frying pan... the list is endless.

Lol bless! Like my niece, she's into EVERYTHING! Today was a tub of fish food all over the carpet. She just wanted to feed them. Very hard to be cross!

I am not very good with kids, I tend to talk to them like they are 40 as they are a bit alien to me.

Talk to the dog the same.

He has just eaten a pear he got off the floor in the garden. Minger.

I never was particularly. Never wanted kids, but since she moved in my maternal feelings seem to have come out. Quite scared about it tbh!

My husbands son used to be completely bemused by the way I spoke to him, you could see he was astonished.

We got in trouble with the dog as when he went outside to do his business we used to say 'get your ass on the grass' but then he thought it was a command - whoops.

Urgh that's one hell of a long day!

Only just catching up and seen the dog and children bits. LOL.

I've never wanted kids and don't much like them. I often say I try and pretend they are a figment of someone else's imagination;) If they are naughty I find them quite funny but I often feel quite embarrassed by them as I don't know how to act (unless I am encouraging them to cause trouble).

I'm much better with pets. The dog I had as a kid I had very well trained and even the cats now know what they are not allowed to do - not that knowing makes a lot of difference to the kitten. Little monster has just vanished under the table with something she clearly knows is not hers. Monster! But she is too cute to really tell off.
