Well I've just discovered I don't have the one polish I NEED! Black glitter!!! Recommendations please!

A nail tech told me before when I asked for black glittery nails that they don't generally do them because black doesn't sparkle well Can't say i've seen many around.

I'd be more tempted to go for something like this and mix it with clear polish just for the night. It's supposed to be ok (ie wont bleed) if you mix it and use it straight away.

I'll probably just stick with whatever is on my hands at the time (ironic isn't it? lol). I'm actually going to see my sons band tomorrow night at a local 'horror festival', I'll be wearing my Kigu because its warm so if you can recommend anything to do with this....lmao

I've been pondering this... I'm being rather unimaginative and going as a vampire, so I think I'm just going to do spiderwebs with a nice poisonous looking spider...

Well my idea is orange polish with some black glitter and I've got some spider web water decals.

You could try China Glaze Smoke and Ashes with a glitter topcoat.

I'm going as the Black Swan so I'm not sure - was going to do french manicure but I've just broken all my nails down so it'd look naff!

Might paint them black and matte them.

I wanted black with a top coat of red glitter, perhaps just on the tips. Couldn´t find exactly the right effect, the red glitter I have in my mind is very glittery but, could only get a red sparkle. (I think it´s a sparkle has very tiny red bits in it). So at the moment I´m thinking of a dark grey sparkle perhaps with clear top coat with a bright red glitter added if I could find it. ..no time to get anything posted to me from ebay etc

I did a glitter sandwich this week for the first time, with a blood red polish, and gold glitter - looked awesome, and quite halloweeny, though wasn't meant to!

I've played around with some stamping as well - I have some bundle monster plates that have Halloween images.

I'm dressing up as a zombie clown, so I think I can get away with something fairly random anyway - probably some kind of skittle nails with some stamping.

I never get to do anything for Halloween so I don't think I'll bother painting my nails specially for it.

Sounds good although as i live in Spain, haven´t seen that brand out here so far. Perhaps when OH visits UK in a couple of weeks he can pick one up. What well known shops should he try eg Superdrug etc?

Love that mani. It´s just what I wanted for my nails but without the hexagon sparkles...what have you used please esp the red?

OH will be in Portsmouth at the end of November so may be able to get some things for me, oh, justthought he´ll only have hand luggage so probable won´t be able to bring mail polish back if security are funny at the airport
