Packages from the US

So it appears I'm going to have 3 parcels from the states all being dispatched to me at the same time! Do customs keep records of how much you've imported? I'm wondering if 3 parcels hit them at roughly the same time they'll charge me! All polishes btw. And I'm meant to be on a no buy!!!! Lol

I Have had loads of polish from US (I may have a problem haha!) and haven't ever had customs charges. I'm pretty sure they don't add the value of seperate packages together so you should be ok so long as the total value of any one package doesn't exceed £28 uk money, even then you don't always get charges

Cool didn't know it was £28 limit. I limit myself to one at a time just in case, might do a few next time.

Really?! Is there a limit on how much you can spend before attracting that?!

VAT is supposed to be charged on imported goods over the value of £15, although generally they let anything up to £40 through without charging
