I'd keep at it Sal, that's one helluva prize. Facebook? I look lots but don't use it often but it seems a public way of 'bringing this to her attention'.
I've had problems with her getting back to me before and I sent a meringuey email (soft centred but with a hint of a crunch) outlining my dissatisfation and had a nice reply in an hour or so.

I am wary of facebook as there was such a stress when I won. Also I feel a bit bad winning when I have a nail polish shop too.

Nope, I'd say go for it - I expect most have forgotton all about the palaver since then - there's no doubt been an abundance of more recent palavers for them to knot their knickers over since.
No way should you feel that the shop has any influence on your eligibilty, you won in your name, as any other winner would have done regardless of situation.
