Post  stationaryace Wed Dec 26, 2012 10:41 pm

so come on, spill, what nail-related products did you get (or get yourself Wink ) for Christmas?

I got Disney Villains collection - something I had looked at months ago but didn't pick up at the time. So excited and I love the funky shaped bottles, which is a good thing as being too big to sit upright in my helmer they may just have to be on display. OH also got me a new set of plates and a BM folder to keep them in. I think the hint is have your pretties but just don't leave them everywhere Razz

The only nail related gift I got was a nails inc crackle set from SIL. Everyone is too scared to buy me polishes as they don't know what I already have!

Ditto what shoppingaddict said lol. Although I did get a great toolbox of my brother and sister-in-law to store all my nail goodies in (I'll post pictures once it's filled) and some lemony flutter cuticle butter off my friend Smile

I got:
a pack of different glitters to try with clear polish
A purple Shellac polish from a friend to try with my new LED lamp
Nails inc fine sprinkles set (ordered it once before and QVC sent the wrong item but couldn't replace as they'd sold out)
Front Cover nail/eye glitter art set
3 packs of nail wheels to mess around on
Mum and dad bought me a mobile nail tech station. It comes in a carry bag and opens out with a wrist rest and everything......can't wait to use it!!!

Ooooooh, lots of lovelies!! The villains set sounds fab, so does the Nars.
I snaffled: Illumasqua MILF (I thought it said mint as it was green, dd pointed out that they'd spelt it wrong....), Sephora OPI pale blue shimmery, 5 Nicoles, Models Own Southern Lights, Nail Pattern Boldness Le Big Party, Rainbow Honey; Sakura Matsuri Namesake, 20% cooler and Sakura watzername cuticle balm stick, Gloss & Sparkle Dazzling Dusk, a Barielle soft pearly pink and Shimmer polish Cassandra.
My sister is fab....!

I got a few Primark sets (we don't have a Primark locally so not much chance of me already owning any). One of them has a gorgeous holographic glitter with really small particles, it's almost like a larger-particled Spectraflair topcoat.

And my brother bought me a Rio airbush nail kit which I'm looking forward to trying. Very Happy

Out of stock. They took my order on 27th December and charged my card the same day. Next day I got an email saying one item was out of stock, then three days later I got a second email saying another item was out of stock. They only refunded one item on 9th January and I still haven't had the refund yet for the second item.

You'd think a big company like that would have real time stock control on their website. The reason I'm so pissed off is because I could have bought the items in store in the first place but chose to order online because I thought I'd have a better chance of getting what I wanted! Mad
