Sephora???

Have any of you ever ordered from Sephora?
I have had my order cancelled twice because they wanted photo ID within 48 hrs, then they cancelled the order anyway, and although they insisted that they don't take the money until it is dispatched, the payment was pending so I couldn't get to that money for 2 weeks. I told them its disgraceful that they expect me to pay for my order 2 or 3 times over just to get it once. Its really annoyed me and now they have said the copy of my ID was not good enough quality. I said I will not be ordering from them again unless they can guarantee it will not get cancelled this time. If only there were another way to get black spotted

I ordered from Sephora France and it all went through fine. Maybe I was lucky?

I think maybe I was just unlucky , I have done a proper scan of the ID now though so will see what happens next.
