Thanks loolabeanbag, that looks like a topcoat I actually have over black, will do some experimenting.

I got some mini polishes in sephora when I was in the states in January finally got round to trying them out and found one I love but of course its a discontinued one so irritating does anyone know if there’s a dupe for Merry Me its a sephora by OPI otherwise I will be stalking ebay!

Laura have a look at Fragrance direct. They have stuff starting at 75p. I've got Sally Hansen Ion which is a sort of greyish off whity cream. I think that was 1.50. And I had an InstaDry that was definitely ivory but they don't seem to have it any more. It seems their stock changes pretty quickly.

the website is hideaous - sometimes (but not always jsut to confuse you) you have to click on a polish to see all the other colours so don't think that becuase you can's see the colour you want on the first page that its not hidden behind!

As a starter for 10 there's a load of NYC 'French' colours for 75p. I think they are probably all darker than what you're looking for but:

I want Rescue Beauty Lounge Aqua Lily. Not likely to happen (I've emailed them), so does anyone know of a dupe?
I'm wearing Chanel Azure today and it's good (I didn't want to like Chanel polishes because of the price!) but I want to see either pink or purple duochrome in it. I may have to make do with a layer of Kiko 261 for now, but it's not ideal.
When I started using this forum I didn't 'get' duochromes. Now I'm hungry for 'em!!!
