Facing or away...
Here's one for a debate!
When stamping, or any other art on the nail that has a top and bottom, Should it be facing or away?
Facing down to the cuticle or reversed so it's away towards others?
I always do my patterns facing down to the cuticle so I get to enjoy the look with flat hands. But then they look upside down when the traditional picture is taken with the bottle (claw like ). Then if I show them to people, they're upside down too. Wondered if there was a nail ettiquete here, and whether I should do them other way.

Re: Facing or away...
I always stamp facing me so design is towards cuticle. I will show you later as I stamped smiley faces last night.
That is the way I see it on blogs I am sure.

Re: Facing or away...
I do it so the top of the pattern is at the top of my nail, and the bottom of the pattern is at the bottom of the cuticle, so it looks right for others, not me.
