I didn't go for any of these monthly promotions until last month but I think I want this one too.

It's a lovely colour, I bought it a while ago. I was hoping it would be order of the garter, I want it but don't want to pay £9 at the minute. I go through stages of buying pricier polish then finding absolute bargains- at the bargain stage right now lol. Waiting on two boxes this week.

Is the holo on this very noticable or just in the sun?

Has anyone received their polish yet? I got a refund notice and a shipped notice at the same time?!?
