Where did you see that Ninja? The only Moyou page I can find on FB was last updated in January

I've bunged them an email about the dispatch, and disappointment that the free delivery started a few hours after I'd ordered!

I did get a confirmation, had no reply to my email as yet.

Thanks for your email and sorry for the misunderstanding.

Since the new collection arrived we are experiencing a huge amount of orders and therefore we have some delays.
We mentioned in each product page on the shipping tab that all plates will be shipped in two weeks, however they will be shipped by Monday next week.

We have also mentioned int he shopping cart the number of days of delay (Sorry it wasn't clear enough).

I hope in the future all orders will be shipped within the same day like we normally do.

In case you still want me to refund your order let me know and I'll issue a refund asap.

What bollocks. They make it sound like they're Superdrug running a "50% everything" promotion, that excuse doesn't wash with me. It's not hard to pack things up and post them.

It's not often I change my mind, but the offer of a discount code accompanied by a kind personalised reply makes all the difference. It shows that they're genuinely sorry and do value their customers  

I still don't buy that they're snowed under with orders. They're not exactly Chanel, are they?
