Models Own Southern Lights. First time using it and it was horrific. It was really gloopy and I ended up using loads of Seche Restore to try and get it to the point where I could use it. Effect is beautiful though. I bought Northern Lights at the same time, I hope that consistency isn't the same.

A England ophelia. Can't see much of the purple tint in this dull light unfortunately. Another spring/summer polish I think.

Rimmel - Grey Matter. Decided to have plain and simple nails for once. Got bored after only a few hours and painted a parrot on one nail. :/ I do love this colour though!

Thanks! I just can't leave my nails alone when I paint them with just one colour... sometimes it works out, sometimes I mess it up horribly and have to take the whole thing off. tongue

How long did that wonderful parrot take you to paint Lainey? It really is very impressive. It reminds me of Blu form the Disney film Rio. Love that film Very Happy

I also like the shape of your nails, I've seen this shape in pics but I can't get away with points as I have too many small people (and the condition of my nails would also prevent any pointies!).

Rare (Spanish make) cranberry with Milanii jewels effect gold (from Florida)

Orly androgynie as a base with ngp 162 - dizzy spots over it as the Orly one looks nice in the bottle but it lacks the same sparkle when you put it on.
Middle finger has Barry m ruby sparkle

With star glequens from Spain and a fimo flower.

Index finger just has the Orly and the dizzy spots

I went out in Liverpool for lunch with the gang so I needed subtle nails

The Barry Ms r-r-rrrrather nice! I also like the Goldeneye. I have that too and I think it's a bit special. Or is that just my novice streak showing?!!

I love that film too, I watched it with my boyfriend's niece and nephew.
I think the parrot took me about 25 mins, I was watching tv while doing it though so I could've done it quicker if I wasn't distracted. P:
I saw pics of this shape that I really liked and figured I'd try to grow them out, they were a bit of a pain at first as I was used to short nails, but I'm accustomed to them now. Smile

The corners were always breaking when I had square-ish nails but I've only had one break with these.

That Barry M glitter is so pretty, I need it! And I love Goldeneye too, my sister has it and it's gorgeous.
