Re: What do you love?
Scones with jam & cream are awesome!
Sam: To make boozy bears, you get a packet or 2 of jelly/gummy bears (I used Haribo Gold Bears from the poundshop) and put them in a sealable container. Then just about cover them in vodka (I've heard other spirits work well too) and leave them to soak for a few days. Give them a stir every day or so to make sure they don't stick together.
I made some at the weekend to take to the Robbie Williams concert at the cinema last night & they were great...but really strong! We ended up adding them to our cocktails and because they go quite slippery, went down a treat!

He's adorable Tatty! You want to hug him but he's so small and tiny and his legs look so delicate I'm scared to even pick him up atm, lol. I make Amy pick him up and plonk him on my hand instead.

Kearsney Wesker? There's a pair of ducks that escaped from there and now roam around in various people's gardens in Temple Ewell, including ours. Mr and Mrs Duck have been known to stop the traffic on the main road whilst they amble across, usually heading for a little sit down in someone's front garden and a bit of tea if they're lucky

Yeah not been there for years, last time i went it was a bit of the dump. Did they not shut it down and drain all the lakes a while back?LoolaBeanbag wrote:Kearsney Wesker?

Thanks! I hope to get some better photos soon, when I dig out my tele-macro lens. I wish I had a proper macro lens really but don't have a few hundred quid to hand. Especially at the rate I'm buying polishes.Geordie Nails wrote:That's an amazing photo, he is beautiful!JackieP wrote:I love my daughter's Yemen Chameleon, Colin.

I'm currently loving the Chai Latte I make using my new Tassimo machine. I usually add a cheeky bit of extra cinnamon syrup for good measure!

Re: What do you love?
I entered a manicure into a competition last month and just got an email to say I've won 3rd place! Totally forgot about it since the closing date was a couple of weeks ago, so it's a nice surprise.

Thank you! Yes, I won an Xbox console, a Saints Row t-shirt & a flag. It was a competition on their facebook page (you might have to be logged in to see it, but I'll get the photo off my phone and put it up later):

I'm really happy about it, even though they got my name wrong and someone in the comments seems a bit sore about it too (they also complained about another entry)
