I've still still had no confirmation email. I ordered on the 4th July.

I got a reply to my email - saying it was shipped on the 7th.

Not sure why they aren't replying to me or my dispute. Humph

They've still not responded to my dispute either
I'm sure it's just got lost somewhere, but if a second one didn't turn up either then it would be too late to claim ,which I didn't want to risk
I really wanted that holo !!  

how bizarre I just used the contact form on the web site and got a very quick reply. But i only ordered decals so wondering if they have a stock issue with polishes?

They responded really quickly when I first emailed them , and told me I had to wait four weeks (I think it was three weeks when I messaged them,which I did because I knew Loola had had her polish which she ordered around the same time ) I gave it five before opening the dispute on Paypal.

I'm putting the BP holo in the rejects sale, it's nice - but not the colour I thought it would be and I already have a similar one.

Such a shame you've had bad experiences I've never ordered anything, but the lady I communicate with about reviews is really lovely, and I've always found their products to be high quality and they arrive surprisingly quickly! So it's very disappointing to read all this

my decals just arrived.

always a bit disappointing as I think I order loads and expect masses of them!

They still haven't responded to my Paypal claim and today was the deadline . And the polish has never arrived either

I got a tracking number put on my claim which says that the parcel left HK on 13 July. I ordered on 2nd July! Very funny 24 hour turnaround!

Anyway it hasn't arrived so I called PayPal yesterday who are going to investigate further.

In the meantime I've bought everything I bought from BPS from UK eBay sellers!!!! For only a few pence more. That's how I'll shop in future.

Should I ring Paypal about mine do you thgink? I've never had to make a claim before so not a clue what I'm doing!

Yep,and when I checked it yesterday the deadline for BP to respond was yesterday .Got to go out now but will check on Paypal when I get back and see if anything's happened.

Emailed Paypal about fifteen minutes ago,and had a standard response reply..and then an email saying the dispute has been resolved in my favour  Still want that polish though...!

That's the problem, it's great you get your money back but it doesn't stop you wanting the product.

I can't even get my money back cause they reckon they posted mine!! Grrrrr

Has anybody used their water decals before? Are they worth a try? I'm a complete novice but I really like some of their designs and I'd like to try something easy to use.
