actually their shipping page states jack shit except for 'Where products are in stock, we normally dispatch orders within 24 hours'

nothing about massive delays if not in stock. Isn't it good practise to operate some kind of stock control, like all other online sites tend to? Sad

very annoyed now.

Well that shipping tab comment must be an utter lie then, because they told me it said they were shipping at the BEGINNING of this week. F*&^ing liars!!! The plate had better be good quality!!!

I was hopeful today and they disappointed me.

If there is something lower than 2nd class, I reckon thats how they sent it. Maybe they will forget to put stamps on, and we will all get cards to pay the extra at the post office...
