Stripes Week

My attempt.

I randomly did these to go out last night, took pictures this morning- a bit damaged now whoops.

I didn't really enjoy using the tape like this - too faffy

I borrowed my friend's Gosh holo since I've still not been able to get hold of a bottle anywhere. Thought it would look nice against royal blue. Still managed to muck it up! I was going for a barcode idea. Looked good in my imagination...

Ladies, I've not done my stripes yet, can't bear to take Ruby Pumps off yet. Maybe tomorrow.

Those colours look lovely together. Everyone's stripes efforts are very impressive.

More lovely stripes! I have to ask - if you have used striping tape when do you peel it off?
I tried once and peeled off with the second colour still quite wet and ended up with a blurred mess, but I worry if I leave it till its dry it will flake.
Any tips?

Its hard to describe dryness without seeing but do you mean dry enough to touch? Would you have got a finger print impression if you'd touched a nail or only if you'd poked (accidentally or this just me?) with another nail?

Dry enough that a light touch wouldn't cause a smudge but a firm one would. I peel slow and steady one line at a time.
