It's a clear nail wrap with 3D dots on. Very easy to use although the closeup has shown some air bubbles I hadn't noticed!

That is so pretty I will do mine this week.

Bourjois 1 Seconde No 28. The accent nail is Revlon Silver (doesn't look very silver in the pic but it is, kind of a silver creme).

With beautiful, even, round dots. Waiilll why don't mine look like that?

That was my 2nd attempt, made a pigs ear of it first time round. Do you use a dotting tool?
