Born and bred in Liverpool and I still work there. Do you work or live there ? My boss was at Hillsborough I am still struggling to digest it all

I went to uni there, so I lived there for the last 5 years and my boyfriend's scouse, but I've just moved down south for a job. It's just impossible to get your head around the lengths that people have gone to, the lies they've told and the pain they've caused just to cover up their own mistakes.

As a liverpool supporter it's been very hard to get my head around events of this week. Can't imagine how much more difficult it would be living in the city or knowing people who were there. I just hope people are made to pay now for the cover ups.

FWIW I think people outside of liverpool can sign the petitions too? I've noticed on a few Liverpool forums people said they'd signed it. I've tried but i'm not getting the sign up confirmation emails

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I decided to go neutral and wear Essie's Vanity Fairest afterwards but got bored of it yesterday evening and am now wearing one of my current favourites, Rimmel Climax which I got from Poundland.

Chit Chat Blue, with Chit Chat Ariel over the top. Very twinkly, has cheered me up all day!

Today, I just splashed on Turned Up Turquoise by China Glaze to get me through the day at work.

Can't go out with bare nails, like going out without my shoes on!

Lady S, I quite agree! There's just no need for naked nails in public. Although I did almost leave the house one shoe short this morning, as my room seems to have eaten one of my work shoes...

I'm currently wearing my first attempt at a cloud mani, with some of the OPI Pirates polishes. I'll post a picture when I can be bothered to get them off my camera (too many cookies has made me lazy).

I am currently wearing thunderstorm by No7 with an accent finger of pink orchid with thunderstorm spots.

How random I bought turned up turquoise today. It's on my nails now!
