Can anyone help me find some plates?

I've had a little dabble with stamping and it seems quite easy. I've only got a couple of plates at the mo and dont want to end up with hundreds (famous last words) but there are a couple of images i am particularly after.
I have had a search through some of the Konad plates but cant find what i want

I want one with a hemp leaf

And also one with lots of skull designs. I've got one (M80) with one skull design. Dont think its an original Konad but works ok, but would like something like this...

Have a look on Amazon. Cheeky, Bundle Monster and MASH all do plates on their, as well as several other companies. I also like eBay for random plates as you can find a lot of individual plates on there rather than larger sets. There are plenty of independent / smaller sellers online too but it depends how much effort you want to put in to get hold of plates, a lot of the other sites I use as in Europe or the US and there can be language issues and high P&P costs.
