Nail trends you don't like

Just wondered if I'm the only one who can't stand the look of crackle polish?

I also hate pastel colours apart from pale pastel pink

Most of the time they look better on other people, but I don't own any of the above and don't plan on it either!

Agreed, I don't really see the attraction. I also absolutely detest the new duck nails craze from the US - I think somebody posted about it on the MSE thread. It actually makes me feel a bit queasy.

I agree with caviar manis, not a fan.

And the ducks feet are just hideous - especially on toes!! How on earth do people walk?!

To add my own, I'm not keen on flocked nails either. Yes, they look funky when they're just applied but surely the minute you go to the bathroom, or wash the dishes, or anything else, they're just gonna get ruined? Also, the feel of them gives me the creeps, as do terracotta pots and stuff

I'm not keen on crackle either. I've given it a go a few times but never too impressed.

I don't particularly like gradients either - but that may just be because I can't do them

The duck ones
