Cheapest place for SV top coat?

I was surprised by Peckham - always grew up to think it was a ****hole but it looked like anywhere else in London. I was in town anyway so got the bus down there, stops right out side. And ladies its worth it. I bought a glass nail file from there for a £1, its still going after 3 months - I bought one from Boots previously for about £9 which wore down after a week. And nail wheels, and some glitter and loads of stuff I always look on ebay for, and it was all cheaper.

eek I've lived in Lewisham and Ealing and sad to say but there was someone stabbed or beaten up on the park on the uxbridge road every month, so I may be used to areas with bad rep's. Living in Surrey is like being in a bubble - although on crime fighters last week, a bloke from Walton was on the top wanted list.

I live in Walsall, so whilst its not a ghetto it isn't the nicest either.

ah! I hail from Wolverhampton originally. Last time I was up, the sat nav took me through a part of Wolves I never knew existed and I never want to return to, eye opening! I always thought Walsall was decent though
