That's really effective, and looks really professional starrystarry!
And I loooove the holo/stamping nails Suz, they remind me of a butterfly's wing.

I am going to stamp more, I have all these lovely plates and I neglect them.
Thanks. I did have to experiment a bit with the colours. I used Jermyn Street first of all for stamping, but it was too pale. I could hardly see it so I re-did it with Sally Hansen Real Royal which looks far too dark in the bottle but worked quite well in the end.

Ooh pertty!
You have done so well with that plate, I have to touch bits up but I will continue to practice, so much easier than doing it freehand. When we get some sun again I am going to do a holo gradient with this plate.
I must say I did have a but of trouble with bald spots on the black tip, had to touch it up with what was left on the stamp but top coat hides it x

And here's what I have on over the Revolution

Misa Shop till you drop, two coats, E de M Super Vixen and FF Lucent Ametrine; one coat of each, one coat of slash vite. Should give the rev a good and fair test later tonight!!
(I have no idea what the odd fuzz is on the birdie finger ).

It was Flormar FU26, FU19 and Moyra 99. ( I forgot about the Moyra until I looked at my test patch I keep on a bit of card in the kitchen )
The pics I posted of the Flormar bottles really didn't do justice to the finishes, they're so sparkly and either buildable or layerable too

Re: What are you wearing today?
Ive added to the dreary GOSH galaxy - a coat of the 35 spectraflair topcaot - and its significantly better.
I think the goldish colour might just not be me as I still don't love it, but its definitely a good base for a stamp if I get the chance later!

I thought the same yesterday but then wondered if I was getting myself confused with the latest purchases thread, glad it isn't just me.
I was thinking the same too

Oh god - I'm more senile than I thought. Goes to look.
Oh yes - I see it now. I had no idea it would come out looking like that! In my head you'd stamped the lines not the vaguely triangular shapes.
I think I may have to do a test stamp of each onto a piece of paper now as I didn't fancy that pattern as it looked on the plate.

See it screamed giraffe to me as soon as I saw it, but maybe that's because I'm a little bit in love with giraffes.
