Stamping plate question! Empty Stamping plate question!

Post  LoolaBeanbag Tue May 07, 2013 7:48 am

You'll probably all roll your eyes in amazement that anyone could be so dim Laughing , but I don't understand why a lot of the stamping plates are curved at the bottoms. Surely this would leave the image hanging down onto your fingers at the sides like fangs?! If there was any shape at all I'd imagine that they'd be curved outwards at the top rather than inwards at the bottom. Any answers greatly appreciated, I just don't get this and it's putting me off buying a couple of new plates! Thanks Very Happy

What, you don't enjoy having fangs on your nails?

I'm afraid I don't know though, unless they're meant for tips?

Spot on. It's so you can use the image on just the tips of your nails if you want to.

LOL, I always wondered. I assumed it was for doing something similar to half moons.

It's easier than it looks honestly, I normally only balls 1 up out of 10.
