Purely Polish

I've just swatched and reviewed Rose Bower by A-England.

Rose Bower is described as red in most swatch posts that I've seen. Briar Rose is definitely pink but not a bright one, more of a mid dusky pink. I love it though (and I hate pink usually).

It looks really pink in the bottle shot on the website though, I don't often look at swatches before I buy unless I'm really unsure, so I did think it was a bit misleading. I do want Briar Rose as well though!

I guess I've been caught out too many times so I'm always suspicious about colour, hence I swatch search if possible. Unless it's an impulse buy in a physical shop. I could search with my phone but I can never be arsed doing much more than checking email / twitter etc on my phone.

It definitely looks like a red, perhaps a raspberry red at a stretch. I really like it though

Thanks for the review Laura. Sorry you didn't get on with the polish, but at least I don't feel so bad that I didn't order any of the Emily de Molly polishes now.  

I don't get on with either of the EDM polishes that I ordered it's a shame because I want to love them. Other people seem to have better luck.

I've just put up pics of the Kelly Brook cheapie that I picked up in New Look, it's really nice!
