I restored my phone yesterday from icloud, and your right Jasmina it really is fecking brilliant! (the battery was draining rapidly, with noooo apps open )

Do you have iphone5? I lost charge on my phone overnight with it not even doing anything, going to have to madly fiddle about with all settings again. I had the perfect balance before. I Know someone that charges their phone twice a day. Hope it is all sorted for you today.

I have an iPhone 5 and I think I spend more time charging it than I do using it.

I've got a 2 year old (nearly) 4s and I have to keep it permentantly on charge pretty much!

Can wait for the 5s/6 to be released!

My iphone 4 lasts all day without being charged and thats with constant use of fb, twitter, messaging, whatsapp etc. Weird how they're all different

I have heard that it's bad for the battery to leave your phone on charge after it's finished charging. But I'm super-lazy and do it anyway. I've had my Samsung Galaxy Ace a year and a half now and it really is terrible, the battery drains quickly and it's slow and laggy.

I moved my piano, so nice looking out into the garden while I play instead of staring at a wall!

Back home from a few days in Norfolk, washing machine is on its second load, teenager daughter in a grump...I want to go back to the beach...!!

How teenage is the daughter? maybe the phase will pass really quickly.

16...she's been fine all week...return home and so did the grumpiness! She'll probably be fine later...once she's watched Sherlock..

Urgh I remember my wisdom tooth giving me grief. Started to grow into my cheek! Had to get it removed by the hospital.

I have a serious fear of the dentist, I've not been since I was a kid but my teeth are OK. One wisdom tooth came through fine, this one was painful but eventually settled down... flares up every now and then though which makes me worry that I'll need it removed.

The idea of it makes me want to throw up buckets

Yeah I was meant to go the doctors and get it removed but I freaked out so much he sent me up the hospital!!  

I'm soooooo hungry my belly is rumbling and I'm getting the shakes but OH isn't home from the pub yet and we need to go shopping.

I have a 4S. If you check your usage and the standby and usage read the same time - you have a bug (now my battery went funny after I syched my phone using the cable rather than wifi... might be a coincidence, might not be) If its this you need to reinstall from factory settings and then just reinstall your app's and pic's from the cloud. But you have to do a new phone install and put the app's and pic's on from itunes. If you install the whole back up it will copy the bug back as well.

i've used the radio, internet, train app's, maps today on 3G moving around, and its still only at 68% -  

Other things that differ that drain the battery are -

Bluetooth and hotspot - make sure are off
any app's you have downloaded but have got stuck and not fully downloaded.
any app's that use location services that you have left open
tracking app's (i have a sailing race app that shows you where boats are, drains the battery if left on)
mail - if you have it to auto check emails and download every time you get one. I have mine set to manual.
brightness - set to high
travelling around on 3G usually sucks the battery especially on trains as its looking for the 3g signal as it moves.
having all the app's you have used left open

Those the ones I've gone through to find my issue.
