I'm here! I found wifi!!! Little unreliable but I'm not expecting miracles!!!

Been up since 1.45am this morning and an utterly shattered! It's warm but super windy!!

On to more important matters I've broken. Bloody nail! Have had to buy nail files. Also there is a shop over the road from the hotel selling essies. €13 euro through so very expensive! Will keep on looking!

You clever thing it was the Elba Sara

It was recommended to us and now I cant wait to go back as the hotel was just perfect for my and my mum.

I am hoping to go back with my husband in November but it depends if they have put wi fi in the rooms like they were planning to as he needs to be on line every day for his work

Would you recommend the others ?

I forgot to say we paid £630 each flying from Liverpool all inc and that was April !!! we booked it about 6 weeks in advance

If you are spening that type of money can I suggest another?

We loved the Elba Sara, but went to Tenerife the next year and the hotel there knocked the socks off anything else we have stayed it. Its called the Sandos San Blas Reserva Ambiental. It isn't your typical Tenerife, its set alone, and if you like going out at night it isn't the place for you, but... The rooms are amazing, the service you receive is out of this world and the food is amazing. They do branded all inclusive drinks and have proper heated pools. Can you tell I love it?

We didn't want to spend that much but because we only wanted that hotel and those dates due to hospital appointments we didn't have a choice unfortunately.

When we go to Tenerife we stay in the Costa Adeje Gran hotel on b&b as we have been three times we have a lot of places we like to eat but I will definitely check that out.
We don't go to go out at night we just wander around for food and we are usually back in the hotel room quite early to watch a dvd.
We aren't really drinkers and we are quite boring when we go away.
When I go with my mum I need easy access and we try to go all inc as it is easier then finding food places each lunch and night

After noon ladies! Little cloudy today so I've been shopping! Found a great shop just 2 mins walk from the hotel which sells well everything INCLUDING nail polish! So I picked a couple up. A brand called Rare Nails which by doing a swift google and translating seems to be a good polish, they were €2.50 each and they had some LE concrete effect in so bought some for research purposes obviously!! They had some Layla's which I had to have and a brand called Lola! I bought a quick dry top coat as the one I brought with me didn't seem to like the journey!

And I bought some earrings and a couple of pairs of shorts (which kinda fit round my fat thighs which is more than they did in the UK!). OH is now sleeping while I debate whether to wake him and go for lunch or just do my nails.....

Oh and I need to check out the Atlantic shopping centre for the essence polishes. I'll try and walk that direction tomorrow!!

Hope you're not missing me too much!!

I'm missing you actually, it does seem a bit quieter without you on here as much! Laughing

I'm glad you've managed to sniff out some polish already.

Rainbow help me!! I found the Atlantic shopping centre, but where is the shop?!

There is a shop under the sign which is your general toot and if you walk down the road to the right and there are bars and a strip club (?!!!!) but no perfumeries. There is a shop on the main strip to the left of the toot shop next to the arcade which has closed down, would that have been it?!

Any directions gratefully received!!!

You in the right place ?

It is the Atlantico Shopping Centre - sorry in Caleta de fuste near the Elba Sara hotel and the Elba Carlotta and Sheraton

and you walk in it is just like a circle and you turn left towards the supermarket at the end and it is there

It is definitely a perfumerie
