Think they haven't coped with demand well at all. I was on holiday when the sale was announced so missed out on the ones I wanted. Thought never mind it will be in shops on the 3rd October, been to 3 different boots and then aren't in. Gutted as it's 3 for 2 on all cosmetics at the moment. Don't think I will be trying to travel further for them.

Not yet - I was going to but I thought it might alert them to their double shipment error......I'm half hoping I'll get the order twice to make up for the wait! Wink

Well I'm not impressed. Got back home to Devon tonight to find that my Models Own polishes have still not turned up nearly a month later. I shall be sending a stroppy email in the morning. Evil or Very Mad

Update on my Models Own order

Well I must say I have been very impressed with the Models Own customer service. I contacted them to let them know I had still not received my order. They responded to my email very quickly, apologised, refunded my P&P costs and sent another package special delivery which I received today. Excellent! Like a Star @ heaven
