I finally joined!

Hey all,

I've been lurking for a while. Found this place via Sally Magpies after several purchases  

I've been wearing nail polish since I was 10 (early 30s now) and had a fairly moderate collection until about 4 years ago. Though my hubby would probably say it wasn't moderate.

I don't have an artistic brain and never tried any sort of nail art. Putting a top coat or stickers on is about as arty as I get.

I started one blog [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] in June 2011, basically anything under a fiver as I had been checking out a lot of blogs and noticed there weren't any for the lower end polishes. I soon realised that I wasn't wearing any of the more expensive polishes so started another blog in July 2011 for [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

It is an interest and obsession . I'm lucky enough to be blessed with strong nails that grow at an alarming rate. I guess you could say it's my thang! I moved house recently and was shocked to find that my whole make-up collection minus polish stuff could fit into a small tub, about the size of 1kg marg tub, I'm just not into anything else in the make-up world.

I'm also lactose intolerant, but that has nothing to do with nail polish - just a random fact about me

If I had a couple more hours in the day and had a computer which wasn't my work one - and could actually be bothered to do a blog (I'm sooo lazy), it would be like yours - with a ratings scale - so cool !!

Hard question! I like blues and purples.

I love anything iridescent and also love holos too!

Thanks! Yeah was quite impressed how it looked in the sunshine. Wasn't that fussed with the other polishes in the range, looked like others I have.
