No not yet, I have a friend who lives in Hong Kong and I'm hoping she might be able to find me one as Etude House is really popular over there.HanSpan wrote:Have you got it on order? Nice haul annita! I like the Essence and the two sparkly ones.

Yeah, I saw them thanks Loola. I reckon it still might be cheaper to get them from Hong Kong though.

I just ordered some oriental decals from eBay (same ones on Born Pretty) - I was looking at the holos and somehow got a bit distracted.

Very impressed as I ordered late at night Wednesday after reading the thread on here.
Just comparing to the dupes and I personally think they are different enough to justify having both.
I hope the offer is still on next week as I definitely want more.

Oh wow Jasmina, they look amazing!
I still haven't ordered yet, but I did spot a Sally Hansen Complete dupe of Across the Universe called Mermaid's Tale in Boots yesterday. I didn't buy it, but I guess it only works out marginally cheaper anyway.

I also tried the Vinlyux on my sister and she also managed two days but she was seriously abusing her nails - cleaning tack, gardening etc.
Go on, what was the daftness?!!
Trying to pick the remnants of polish off my toes with my fingernails. Innefective on the toes but made the end of my index finger wear off! Fortunately no chipping so my tip wear cure worked - I just file my nails back a little so the tips are hidden again! I find tip wrapping makes mine last much less becuase I hate the feeling and keep rubbing them so I end up taking chips off.
OK, not the most sensible of ways to look after your mani (says the woman who put her nails in the toaster to see the effect of the colour change polish...........)
Boggle! You're a loon! But if I had any colour changing I'd probably do something just as daft.

Thanks Jasmina, that's really helpful. At 40% off I'll probably just order the Deborah Lippmann anyway.Jasmina wrote:It's not a dupe Hun, will do a comparrison bottle shot for you.Babafette wrote:I still haven't ordered yet, but I did spot a Sally Hansen Complete dupe of Across the Universe called Mermaid's Tale in Boots yesterday. Re: Latest purchases
Added bonus on today's polish trip - pulled up in the car park to the most alarming overhead roar - the Red Arrows were just beginning a display over Folkestone. We were 5 storeys up on the car park roof and had the best viewpoint ever, the planes were beneath us over the seafront on several occasions. It was 15 minutes of pure magic (even if littlest daughter did have to cover her ears, sometimes they got a bit too close!). I haven't seen the RAs since the Tour de France came to Dover years ago.
Anyway, I bought a 3 pack of Nails Inc in TK Maxx for a fiver, Belsize Avenue looks really interesting, the others were a creamy yellow and a gold shot coral but for a fiver I'm happy . I also got Sally Hansen DVD in the £shop - no Loves me Not or any other Completes thought I'm afraid Jas & Baba . I wanted Maybelline Chalk Dust but I had to settle for Rainforest Canopy instead as Boots and Superdrug are out of stock (and I did rummage in the drawers underneath!!). I also bought a No7 polish in a pearly shimmery green with a sneeze of glitter.

Re: Latest purchases
I went into town yesterday to buy a birthday card for my brother. After walking around various card shops for 2 hours and losing the will to live trying to find something half decent, I popped into Poundland to cheer myself up.
I was really disappointed at first until I happened to spy three Revlon polishes hidden at the bottom of a display. Two of them were nothing special, but I actually squealed with delight when I found the third one - 230 Popular. It really made my day!

At last Baba! A super find, I've just looked it up and it's sooooo pretty (nicer than Girly I think!)
Well hunted, and I'm sure you've renewed our flagging enthusiasm for Poundland!

Re: Latest purchases
Got eight today - all from Poundland. Six Sally Hansen's (five of them are the Complete Salon Manicures) and two Revlons.
My mum bought some Revlons too and was very pleased after when we saw them in Boots for £6.49.
