Favourite brands
Ok we've got the brands you hate/don't 'get' thread...
What brands couldn't you live without? What brand has you reaching for your card as soon as a new collection launches? What brand is just perfect (or as near as) to you?

You know I'm a Kleancolor whore....
Otherwise I do love W7 and NYC, both very cheap but I've always found to be great coverage and little chipping. Other than that, if I like the colour I'll buy it and I'm not that fussy

OPI has me reaching for the card/PayPal password every time. Think it may be the clever marketing that suckers me in, but I do love a nice bottle of OPI

Re: Favourite brands
Haha yeah, you're definitely a KC whore PT I think I pretty much just bought them and stored them for you for you to buy over a few months cuz I don't have any left now
I think Jade has definitely become one of my must haves. There aren't many (only the golds, I think because I don't like gold) that I haven't bought off Sally Magpies and i'm in lurrrrve with them.
I'm loving the layla's too, despite avoiding them for a while.
I'm looking for a new brand to get addicted to

I'm not overly fussy on brand, if I really like a colour I'll buy it but I've never bought a whole collection. I do really like OPI though - I find it applies well and lasts for a long time without chipping.

Opi and nails inc definitely. Although qvc has a lot to answer for on that one!

Re: Favourite brands
I'm not loyal to any - I find the formulas differ quite a bit within the same brand. I do rather like the way a China Glaze bottle swings in my hand like a little bell, I find them particularly tactile!

I love china glaze personally. They come out with different colours a lot and they apply really well.
I also love HITS, buying Sally out on those!

My Sation glitter arrived today (prettiest player), and I'm rather chuffed with it. A nice sized 'quality feeling' bottle and plenty of well distributed glitter. I'll definitely be going back for more.

I love China glaze and OPI. I wish I wasn't on a shopping ban at the moment.
I don't really rate nails inc and think it is over priced. I also like models own and of course Barry m

Another china glaze and barry m vote. Really like nina pro as well, just bought purple pizzaz and it's a lovely colour. So 3 faves for me then

Barry M! <3 Love love love Barry M. I don't think I've managed to walk through Boots or Superdrug without picking some up. Great selection and quality for the price, especially considering that they're always on 3 for 2 or some other offer.
I'm also a big Essie fan, love the formula and the new brushes. That said, I can't bring myself to spend more than £3 on them, so none of the gorgeous winter collection for me yet.
All the OPI's (only 6 I think) I've got so far are amazing quality and you get loads in the bottle too, I definitely want more of them. And I've just bought my first Illamasqua, if they're all this good it's going to be so tough to resist buying more.

Re: Favourite brands
Hmm...I've been thinking about this. I think I've settled on China Glaze. They're good quality, reasonably priced and they've been bringing out really exciting new collections, that have actually made me want more of them! Unlike OPI, where I kind of feel they haven't released any colours that I don't already have. I love Barry M as well, especially for the price, but I do find them a little thick and slow to dry. So China Glaze it is!
Re: Favourite brands
Sounds like I need more China Glaze! I only have one of their polishes, Luxe and Lush (my first flakie... love!!). Where do you guys get them from? I've heard Sally's sells them, but there isn't one near me.

Re: Favourite brands
I got my china glaze online from sallys (avoid!), from sallys in person, or from america on ebay because it always worked out cheaper including P&P. But I don't think ebay is an option anymore due to the P&P increases and the crack down on getting polishes in to the country

Re: Favourite brands
I used to get mine from eBay.com but it appears its cheaper to buy here now due to USPS price increases. Nail polish direct has good prices with free postage.
Re: Favourite brands
I always use Nail Polish Direct. They seem to have dropped the prices by a little bit as well
Re: Favourite brands
Brilliant, thank you! I have my eye on so many colours!
