I think so, I had my confirmation email 23rd January but not a shipping update. Will mail her now.

Mine has shipped and by the looks of it has left America as the tracking has ceased. Mailed to see if the cost printed on customs form was the actual rrp price or the 50% value I paid (wouldn't blame her as she would need to claim the real value in case of loss) but didn't get response yet.

Just checked Etsy and mine isn't even scheduled for shipping yet! Scheduled by 30th January.
7 days to ship is excessive IMO. Wonder if it's because she doesn't technically have the 5ml in stock and has to make them.

I messaged her via etsy and because of the success of her sale she says she is taking 5 working days to ship. She hopes to catch up tomorrow and Thursday.

At least you had a response. Not had a brill customer service experience so far, fingers crossed the polishes arrive to make it all better.

Mine left Ohio on the 25th apparently.

Order 2 out of 3 successfully arrived. Laughing at the description on the envelope, wonder if rm are only scanning things marked nail polish lol.

I had one from Mei Meis (Singapore) this morning marked Gift - cosmetic samples.

Got my order from Pahlish through today; marked 'other' and 'cosmetics'.

Looks like our friends from the other side of the pond have cottoned on to our plight!

I just got a polish from Born Pretty Store marked as electronics lol. Tut tut...

my UK Superdrug order arrived in a huge box, but with no marking or label as to its contents.

I think people just genuinely don't know they're not allowed... We're only aware of it because we're all polish obsessed, if you're a business where polish is only a small part of what you sell then I guess you could've quite easily missed all the drama. I know Royal Mail are all like 'it's your responsibility the check restrictions' but if things are prohibited or restricted for safety reasons, then surely they should be advertising it a little more.

They aren't legally allowed to ship nail varnish either

It now appears that some European countries won't ship here. Norway Nails which is stocking femme fetale won't ship to the uk due to Royal Mail issues. We are going to become the lepers of the polish world soon!! Lol
